Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 3–4 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp tandoori or garam masala powder
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • ½ lime (juiced)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Peel a small garlic bulb and finely chop 3–4 cloves.
  2. Peel and chop a small piece of fresh ginger.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add 4 cleaned chicken drumsticks.
  4. Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the bowl.
  5. Add salt, turmeric, black pepper, chili powder, masala powder, and yogurt.
  6. Squeeze in half a lime and mix everything thoroughly. Make sure all drumsticks are well coated.

  8. Place the seasoned drumsticks onto the tray, spacing them evenly.
